SP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:11px\"><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>AUTOR:<\/strong>&nbsp;DEPARTAMENTO T\u00c9CNICO \u2013 ATIVIDADE BIDIM<\/span>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">RESUMO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-1 wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>Devido uma dificuldade de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de material argiloso para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do septo das Barragens de Palmital, pertencentes \u00e0  <strong>Cia Brasileira de Alum\u00ednio do Grupo Votorantim<\/strong>, optou-se pelo uso do  <strong>GEOT\u00caXTIL BIDIM RT-31<\/strong>, uma vez que o <strong>BIDIM<\/strong> estabilizaria o filito atrav\u00e9s da filtra\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente que o geot\u00eaxtil promove, al\u00e9m de diminuir o custo total da obra e o seu tempo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">O PROBLEMA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encontrar um material que substitu\u00edsse o septo de argila, pois a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o era de dif\u00edcil acesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">A SOLU\u00c7\u00c3O<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O GEOT\u00caXTIL BIDIM RT-31 foi adotado para substituir o septo argiloso inicialmente utilizado na obra, mas de dif\u00edcil obten\u00e7\u00e3o, com essa mudan\u00e7a, houve uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o no custo total da obra e no tempo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DADOS DA OBRA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-small-font-size\"><li><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DATA DE EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/span><\/strong> OUTUBRO DE 1990<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">LOCALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/span><\/strong> MAIRINQUE&nbsp; brita 2 &#8211; brita 3) utilizado junto ao septo argiloso (Figura 3), sofreu uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o de projeto, a partir da cota 816,56, para o esquema geot\u00eaxtil Bidim &#8211; Brita 2 (figura 5) em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da dificuldade de obten\u00e7\u00e3o da argila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devido a dificuldade tempor\u00e1ria na produ\u00e7\u00e3o da brita 2 adotou-se entre as cotas 816,56 e 826,97, brita 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atrav\u00e9s de testes efetua na obra verificou-se que a brita 3 poderia, devido as press\u00f5es confinantes no local e eventuais acomoda\u00e7\u00f5es diferenciais maci\u00e7os, provocar perfura\u00e7\u00f5es no Bidim. Jaime Branco, consultor da Ter\u00e7am, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da dificuldade na obten\u00e7\u00e3o da argila. A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o foi aprovada pela Hidro terra, que j\u00e1 havia utilizado o geot\u00eaxtil Bidim em diversas barragens de terra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A explora\u00e7\u00e3o da jazida de argila tornou-se invi\u00e1vel pela sua proximidade \u00e0 \u00e1rea residencial. observar que a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do geot\u00eaxtil Bidim proporcionou uma economia real superior \u00e0 verificada pelos comparativos das Tabelas 6, 7 e 8, pois a continuidade da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da argila exigiria a extra\u00e7\u00e3o deste material em Capuava, o que elevaria o custo de transporte, desta forma, o custo do filtro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"font-size:18px\"><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">APLICA\u00c7\u00c3O E INSTALA\u00c7\u00c3O DO GEOT\u00caXTIL BIDIM<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na altera\u00e7\u00e3o do esquema do filtro tradicional para o filtro com geot\u00eaxtil Bidim houve um engaste de 1,0 m (Figura 6), com o objetivo de garantir sua continuidade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image Laerte Gui\u00e3o Maroni Atividade Bidim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Barragem do Palmital destina-se a conten\u00e7\u00e3o rejeitos provenientes do beneficiamento da Bauxita, min\u00e9rio utilizado na produ\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio. Localiza-se na cidade de Mairinque, no estado de Paulo, Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A obra \u00e9 de propriedade da CBA (Companhia Brasileira de Alum\u00ednio) empresa pertencente ao Grupo Votorantim, com capital totalmente brasileiro. O projeto da barragem foi elaborado pela Hidroterra Engenharia e Com\u00e9rcio Ltda. e constru\u00edda pela TERCAM Terraplenagem Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e Com\u00e9rcio Ltda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Barragem do Palmital, atendendo as necessidades da Companhia Brasileira de Alum\u00ednio, foi projetada para ser executada em tr\u00eas etapas sobre a estrutura de um barramento existente, tendo recebido um alteamento na execu\u00e7\u00e3o da 1\u00aa etapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto b\u00e1sico previa a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um n\u00facleo central imperme\u00e1vel executado com solo silico-argiloso e enrocamento a montante e a jusante, devido separa por um sistema de transi\u00e7\u00e3o granulom\u00e9trica (Figura 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando do planejamento e constru\u00e7\u00e3o da 2\u00aa etapa da Barragem, que corresponderia a fase de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o da cota de crista de 837,00 m a 850,00 m, numa altura total desde o n\u00edvel do terreno de 80 m. Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00facleo, por quest\u00f5es econ\u00f4micas, em lugar da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do solo s\u00edlico-argiloso optou-se pela utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um filito (solo siltoso).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O filito, embora apresentando vantagens do ponto de vista econ\u00f4mico, constitu\u00eda-se em um solo pouco coesivo e facilmente erosivo sobre condi\u00e7\u00f5es de carga e fluxo hidr\u00e1ulico. Para se evitar os problemas de carreamento das part\u00edculas do filito, evitando problemas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de <em>piping <\/em>(retro eros\u00e3o tubular progressiva) no n\u00facleo da camada de argila compactada com espessura de 5 m entre a transi\u00e7\u00e3o granulom\u00e9trica de jusante e o n\u00facleo. Sendo assim este verdadeiro \u201csepto\u201d argiloso reteria as part\u00edculas do solo perd\u00edvel do n\u00facleo (Figura 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"968\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/diprotecgeo.com.br\/casos-de-obra\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Imagem17-968x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-661\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diprotecgeo.com.br\/casos-de-obra\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Imagem17-968x1024.png 968w, https:\/\/diprotecgeo.com.br\/casos-de-obra\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Imagem17-284x300.png 284w, https:\/\/diprotecgeo.com.br\/casos-de-obra\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Imagem17-768x812.png 768w, https:\/\/diprotecgeo.com.br\/casos-de-obra\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Imagem17-1452x1536.png 1452w, https:\/\/diprotecgeo.com.br\/casos-de-obra\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Imagem17-1936x2048.png 1936w, https:\/\/diprotecgeo.com.br\/casos-de-obra\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Imagem17.png 2012w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 968px) 100vw, 968px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>O solo argiloso utilizado na constru\u00e7\u00e3o do septo de reten\u00e7\u00e3o das part\u00edculas do filito (n\u00facleo) ap\u00f3s chuva, demorava v\u00e1rios dias para perder umidade e voltar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es ideais para sua compacta\u00e7\u00e3o, o que sem d\u00favida implicaria em grandes atrasos no cronograma de explora\u00e7\u00e3o da jazida de solo argiloso tornou-se invi\u00e1vel devido a sua proximidade com a areia residencial, e a outra jazida de material semelhante dispon\u00edvel pesquisada se localizada a uma dist\u00e2ncia m\u00e9dia de transporte de 5 km do local da obra, o que elevaria os custos inicialmente previstos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baseando-se em experi\u00eancias anteriores de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do geot\u00eaxtil Bidim em diversos tipos de barragens de terra, o Eng.&nbsp; Jaime Branco, consultor da TERCAM, empresa construtora da obra, sugeriu a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do septo de solo argiloso pela inclus\u00e3o do geot\u00eaxtil Bidim. Portanto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of \u2264 C.d85<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O<sub>f<\/sub> \u2264 1,0.1,25.0.8.1,0.0,06<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O<sub>f<\/sub> \u2264 0,06 (ok)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Para o geot\u00eaxtil Bidim RT-31 \u2192 d<sub>85<\/sub> = 0,059 (ok), <em>valor para o Bidim RT-31 produzido na \u00e9poca. <\/em>Instala\u00e7\u00e3o do geot\u00eaxtil Bidim entre o n\u00facleo e o enrocamento<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre o geot\u00eaxtil e o enrocamento de jusante, ap\u00f3s uma etapa inicial onde se aplicava uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o granulom\u00e9trica composta de areia e pedra britada n\u00ba 3, verificando-se \u201cin loco\u201d a resist\u00eancia do geot\u00eaxtil Bidim, optou-se para uma simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o, passando ent\u00e3o a se utilizar apenas uma camada de pedra britada n\u00ba 2 entre o geot\u00eaxtil e os blocos do enrocamento (Figura 3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O geot\u00eaxtil Bidim foi instalado concomitantemente a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do aterro feito com o filito (n\u00facleo) e o material de enrocamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a compacta\u00e7\u00e3o do filito que compunha uma altura cerca de 1,65 m de aterro, efetuava-se no local da instala\u00e7\u00e3o do geot\u00eaxtil um corte retirando-se a saia do aterro e obtendo-se um talude quase vertical, assim instalava-se o geot\u00eaxtil Bidim RT31 junto ao filito, procedendo-se a recobrimento entre as mantas da ordem de 0,05 m. Em seguida, por cima do aterro composto pelo filito lan\u00e7ava-se a pedra britada n\u00ba 2 e, logo ap\u00f3s, o aterro do enrocamento at\u00e9 nivelar a superf\u00edcie filito-pedra2-enrocamento. Com o procedimento descrito repetido constituiu-se a obra at\u00e9 a cota 850,00 m, final da 2\u00aa etapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Considera\u00e7\u00f5es complementares<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o geot\u00eaxtil em obras de geotecnia, em particular em constru\u00e7\u00e3o de barragens, tem se popularizado no mundo todo, trazendo vantagens aos usu\u00e1rios n\u00e3o s\u00f3 do ponto de vista t\u00e9cnico como tamb\u00e9m do ponto de vista econ\u00f4mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim, o uso geot\u00eaxtis n\u00e3o tecido agulha, como \u00e9 o Bidim, aplica como elementos filtrantes e separadores na prote\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas drenantes e maci\u00e7o de barragens, substituindo as transi\u00e7\u00f5es granulom\u00e9tricas, apresentam de forma geral as vantagens abaixo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>n\u00e3o exigem m\u00e3o de obra qualificada para sua instala\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>simplificam os c\u00e1lculos.<\/li><li>possuem caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas, mec\u00e2nicas e hidr\u00e1ulicas constantes e definidas.<\/li><li>aceleram a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das obras. &#8211; em geral contribuem para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o custos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso da Barragem do Palmital, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de 10.320 m\u00b2 do geot\u00eaxtil Bidim RT-31 como filtro\/separador entre o n\u00facleo e o enroscamento de jusante proporcionou uma s\u00e9rie de vantagens, dentre as quais se destacam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Viabilidade da elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da camada de solo argiloso que compunha o \u201csepto\u201d para conten\u00e7\u00e3o do filito, cuja espessura era da ordem de 5,00 m.<\/li><li>Sens\u00edvel diminui\u00e7\u00e3o no prazo do cronograma de execu\u00e7\u00e3o da obra.<\/li><li>Flexibilidade na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o agrega p\u00e9treos dispon\u00edveis. &#8211;
