Para recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva, o projeto geot\u00e9cnico estudou tr\u00eas solu\u00e7\u00f5es alternativas, a saber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Remo\u00e7\u00e3o do solo mole de funda\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Execu\u00e7\u00e3o de muro estaqueado mais parede subterr\u00e2neo; &#8211; <\/li><li>Solo refor\u00e7ado com geot\u00eaxtil.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de solo refor\u00e7ado com geot\u00eaxtil Bidim foi escolhida por ser mais r\u00e1pida, pr\u00e1tica e muito mais econ\u00f4mica, conforme descrevemos a seguir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-c402eab3-3648-4b06-b856-9a930bb231eb\"><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">O PROBLEMA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-c6cd034d-6e55-4e81-aad6-fb2e18839f09\">Encontrar um sistema que suprisse que evitasse novas rupturas generalizadas como j\u00e1 havia ocorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-64d055e1-f662-4a10-a39c-a0b9897fb900\"><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">A SOLU\u00c7\u00c3O<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-dbee7bcc-8a88-4479-af92-2b90d83ec0ea\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de solo refor\u00e7ado com geot\u00eaxtil Bidim foi a mais vi\u00e1vel, uma vez que al\u00e9m de eficiente, ela se tornou mais econ\u00f4mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-1e24a5b8-4df1-4002-9f2a-53e1dcefc596\"><strong><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DADOS DA OBRA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-4b600ac6-56e0-4e23-95b0-f711a80defbe\" class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><li><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DATA DE EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/strong><\/span> janeiro\/93<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>LOCALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/strong> <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>CLIENTE:<\/strong> <\/span>Linhas Correntes Ltda.<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>TIPO DE OBRA:<\/strong> <\/span>Taludes <\/li><li><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>FUN\u00c7\u00c3O DO GEOT\u00caXTIL BIDIM<\/strong>: <\/span>Refor\u00e7o do solo<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>QUANTIDADE UTILIZADA:<\/strong> <\/span>8.100 Geot\u00eaxtil Bidim RT-16.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DESCRI\u00c7\u00c3O DA OBRA<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Ruptura<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pela segunda vez o talude do aterro executado para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade Vila Ema das Ind\u00fastrias Linhas Corrente Ltda., cont\u00edguo ao centro esportivo, rompeu-se. A an\u00e1lise geot\u00e9cnica do sinistro levou \u00e0 conclus\u00e3o de que o baixo grau de compacta\u00e7\u00e3o do aterro, aliado \u00e0 movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do muro de gabi\u00f5es apoiado sobre funda\u00e7\u00e3o fraca, foram os principais fatores condicionantes do ocorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Dimens\u00f5es<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No trecho rompido, a altura do aterro atinge metros, o comprimento do trecho afetado (medido no p\u00e9 do talude) \u00e9 de 55 metros. Cabe ressaltar que a ruptura se deu em forma circular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Funda\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A funda\u00e7\u00e3o onde se apoiava o aterro, constitui-se de uma argila mole com 6 metros de profundidade, SPT variando na faixa de 1 a 4 golpes e o NA a um metro abaixo da superf\u00edcie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Solu\u00e7\u00f5es alternativas<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s ampla campanha de sondagens e an\u00e1lise local de todas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de contorno, decidiu-se que, qualquer que fosse a solu\u00e7\u00e3o adotada, seriam observadas as seguintes premissas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>N\u00e3o utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de banquetas intermedi\u00e1rias;<\/li><li>Remo\u00e7\u00e3o e reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o total do talude afetado, com acompanhamento tecnol\u00f3gico;<\/li><li>Minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento de terra devido \u00e0 iminente pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da rua fronteiri\u00e7a. Tanto nas trincheiras quanto no colch\u00e3o e cortina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O geot\u00eaxtil Bidim atua como filtro, impedindo que o solo penetre e colmate os materiais drenantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geot\u00eaxtil utilizado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geot\u00eaxtil Bidim RT-16, largura 4,30m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Quantidades utilizadas<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Corpo do aterro, como refor\u00e7o: 5.400 m\u00b2<\/li><li>Drenos, como filtro: 2.700 m\u00b2<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">RESULTADOS PR\u00c1TICOS OBTIDOS<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Os principais resultam obtida na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do geot\u00eaxtil Bidim est\u00e3o descritos a seguir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Acelera\u00e7\u00e3o do cronograma construtivo, devido \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o das obras em concreto;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>N\u00e3o necessidade de remo\u00e7\u00e3o do solo mole local, uma vez que o geot\u00eaxtil Bidim garante a estabilidade de todo o conjunto reaterro\/funda\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa custos globais, atrav\u00e9s da simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o construtiva, utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o-de- obra n\u00e3o especializada, e minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento de solo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"color:#434343\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> AGRADECIMENTOS<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Agradecemos \u00e0 prestimosa colabora\u00e7\u00e3o colegas abaixo cita, sem a qual teria sido imposs\u00edvel a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o deste trabalho:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eng.
